The team at Ken Gordy Ford could not have been more easy to deal with. We bought a used Porsche Taycan from them. We lived over 2 hours way. They did a video of the car inside and out for us to review. We signed loan docs online and they arranged to have the car delivered to our house. The car was everything that we hoped for and more. Avoid this dealership's service department at all costs. They kept my car for two full weeks, only to accomplish absolutely nothing. I originally brought it in for a standard alignment, and they completely messed it up. The car drives worse now than it did before I handed them the keys.
To make matters worse, their communication is non-existent. I have been calling repeatedly to get them to correct their mistake, and no one is willing to help or take accountability. They dodge calls and offer zero solutions.
