The only reason that I did not give this a 5 star rating is that the vehicle I ended up buying had issues from day 1. Not serious issues but enough where it made me a little concerned as to how they missed something so obvious.

Tim Prete is more than a Ken Grody service advisor but one who cares and goes above and beyond to keep me informed and updated daily on the repairs to my Lincoln Navigator transmission.
