Called in morning for oil change got an appointment, came in and was asked if I would need a ride home or if I would be waiting. Said I would wait, had a cup of coffee, service was fast and friendly,and problems, even threw in a wash, happy customer.
The sales team was very professional but just wanted to highlight Galo as he went above and beyond. I called him to get some advice on my new Ford Raptor 2 months after I purchased and left a message. He called me right away to help me out. Awesome!

The best experience ever!! My hubby and our toddler drove here from the High Desert looking for a 2017 chevy Silverado.......but my Altima was negative equity by $3K. After Emnanuel and Jonathan spoke to us....I wasn't happy with that truck. Jeffrey Taylor shows up and takes us out to look at a few new trucks and trust me, this is the best time to buy brand new because the 2020s come in January, yes we get it. Rebates like crazy and I love my new truck. It's a black 2019 Ford Ranger XLT sports edition. Jeffrey took care of us and we are beyond happy. I've been buying cars for 20 years and I hate being pushed beyond my financial limits. Jeffrey did an amazing job and was very friendly and got me what I love. This dealership goes above and beyond to take care of you. Even when our toddler was cranky, Jesse Ramos (finance manager?) Did an awesome job to keep our son happy and got us out of there quick.
